This is how our construction process normally progresses, from design to completion. During the whole process, you'll be dealing with one person who can handle problems and propose ideas.

1. Initial Meeting - free consultation

We come to your home and listen to your ideas, discuss the possibilities, explain costs and answer any questions you may have. There is no charge for meetings.

2. Bid

After talking with you and seeing the work to be done, we send you a bid detailing what we will do and how much it will cost.

3. Design

Once we've received an approved bid, we'll prepare design renderings to give you an idea of what your dream can look like once it's built.

If the project requires an interior designer or architect, they may be brought into the project.

4. Discussion

We discuss the design options with you, filling in all the details and finalizing the design.

5. Detailed layout plan

This plan will show everything you're installing, including dimensions. If engineering is required, it will be included at no additional cost.

6. Permits

We pull permits once the plans are completed.

7. Construction

Now the fun begins and your dream begins to take form. Our foreman is on the job every day to stop any potential problems. You only need to deal with one person, not twenty subs.

A typical 5'x7' bathroom takes about a week to complete; a typical kitchen takes six weeks.
